Noelle graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Wayne State University and a Master of Science in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University with a specialization in Family and Children. She has 25+ years’ experience working with children ages 4-16, facing social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral issues. Her professional background includes working as an educator, counselor, and administrator. Working within the field of ABA for the last two years, she has one-on-one experience in both individual and social settings (at-home, telehealth, and clinic-based). She has pursued certification as an RBT and is also trained in CPR and Quality Behavioral Safety. Currently, she is working towards her Early Start Denver Model Therapy Certification.
Noelle approaches behavioral health treatment as both a provider and mother, delivering the standard of care that exceeds expectations because the mission is “personal.” As a mother of three grown sons, one of whom has autism, she personally relates to the unique challenges and joys of helping children attain their fullest potential. She has a love and passion working with the children and families at Blossom and is eager to help them reach their optimal growth. She loves spending time with her family (and German Shepherd, Charlie), playing with her two grandsons, serving at church, travelling, and being outdoors.
